Expenditure Of The Committee
(1) The Committee shall expense the amount received by it, in the programs prescribed by the Work Plan.
(2) The expenses that have to be made on behalf of the committee and other administrative expenses shall be funded from the treasury of the Committee. Provided that, the administrative cost shall not exceed twenty five percent of the total expenditure of the committee.
